Arun has 25 years of experience in his expertise encapsulating Business Operations, FinOps, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, and process management.
Arun’s journey is characterized by his instrumental role in the setup and growth of start-up organizations, elevating them to significant scale, with a tenacious commitment to driving solutions, innovation, high-quality growth to meet organizational goals. Arun’s strong operational execution skills with a robust background in multi-location/workforce management and delivery models have been pivotal.
Arun has played a key role in securing various VC fundings and contributing significantly to M&A activities and post-integration processes in multiple startups. His leadership and strategic foresight have been instrumental in navigating challenges and driving successful outcomes.
Nagaraj Ramakrishna
Co-CEO
Nagaraj brings over two decades of specialized experience in mechanical engineering, systems integration, and project management. With a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from India, and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, USA, he blends academic foundations with extensive real-world expertise.
For over 22 years, Nagaraj served at HI-Q Environmental Products Company in San Diego, California, contributing significantly across multiple areas.
His experience includes design of air sampling equipment and calibration laboratory, as per ANSI and ISO standards.
He has managed international sales and government contracts (Project Manager) (USEPA, National Laboratories). He has deep experience in integrating microcontrollers and sensors.
Raghu Bhargava

Raghavendra (Raghu) Bhargava is a seasoned leader with 30+ years of experience driving business growth across India and the Middle East. Combining strategic vision with a strong execution focus, he excels at creating transformative strategies, mobilizing teams, and delivering results within short time frames.
He has been the CEO of Tresbu Digital, and served as Director at Futinno Pte and CEO of FuturFlux Technologies, building on past leadership roles at JSoft Solutions and Satyam Computer Services. With deep technical expertise, financial acumen, and strong people leadership, Raghu has successfully managed large teams and complex operations across industries.
An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Bangalore University, he brings a rare blend of insight, innovation, and operational excellence to every role.

Gopa has over 30 years of experience in building large infrastructure start-ups in Silicon Valley and leading IT/OPS teams in Fortune 500 companies like HP and Cadence. He has overseen platform operations for major CDN networks, security, and WAN optimization platforms at companies including Akamai (SpeedEra), Aryaka, and Skyhigh (McAfee).
As Head of Global Operations at Skyhigh Networks (acquired by McAfee) and Aryaka Networks, Gopa demonstrated his exceptional leadership abilities by establishing teams and practices from the ground up.
